Customized Highly Interactive Group Training for Sexual Harassment
(All Classes are taught by California Licensed Professionals)
Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination based on sex that can occur in many forms and in many different circumstances. The federal government and the State of California have passed laws that prohibit sexual harassment in the workplace. We understand these laws and have designed our seminars to meet all California sexual harassment training requirements.
Our seminar is intended for employers who need harassment training in California. The seminar is designed and taught by Dr. Gale Rapallo and associates, who have been working in the field of psychology with a focus on sexual harassment and conflict resolution in the workplace. They are dedicated professionals helping organizations to prevent and remedy sexual harassment claims. They can co-create, with your management team, a customized, effective, multi-level program to help your organization reduce the incidence, cost, and risk of sexual harassment, creating a respectful, productive work atmosphere for all.
We structure the course around scenarios that are relevant to your work environment, key issues are discussed, questions are answered and guidance is given. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and have their questions answered by a qualified harassment prevention expert.
